There were central heating, an individual safe, and multi-channel television in my well-appointed and spacious room. Location: the hotel was just off the main areas: Shinjuku, Harajuku and Shibuya and Shinjuku station and bars.
Nothing, all was good!

I booked a room with a nice bed, a safe, multi-channel TV, and a mini bar fridge. The bathroom with bathtubs.

My recent stay at Kimpton was fantastic! I was in Tokyo for leisure and stayed for a week. From the immensely helpful and kind staff to the trendy, comfy room with organic toiletries and a yoga mat, everything was top-notch. the location was ideal, close to all main areas but in a cool, urban setting. the breakfast was a highlight, with delicious homemade granola and French toast.
Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

This accommodation has an exceptional location, with good access to local attractions and amenities. the spacious and comfortable bedrooms are well, equipped with modern amenities, and the bathrooms are spotless and well, designed. the staff are obliging and welcoming, providing personal, attentive service. the breakfast spread is expansive and provides ample options to satisfy all tastes. the social hour’s drinks and canapes are excellent.
The hotel’s check, in can be too rigid and inflexible.

The hotel had a great location, with lots of local attractions nearby. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, always going out of their way to make sure our stay was perfect. We particularly enjoyed the free social hour drinks and canapes, as well as the complimentary takeout coffee every morning. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and we appreciated the many little touches that made our stay feel special.
We would have preferred an earlier check-in time, as 3pm felt rather late. However, this was a minor issue and didn't greatly impact our overall experience.

the room was spacious and comfortable, with little extras like free drinks and canapes during social hour and a complimentary take, out coffee in the morning. the hotel's location was ideal, with easy access to key attractions and amenities.
The check, in time at 3 pm. It would have been great to have been able to check, in earlier to make the most of our weekend stay.

This hotel exceeded our expectations with its luxurious amenities and outstanding service. the Spa & wellness centre was a great addition to our experience, and we enjoyed our Full body massage at the private facilities, which felt exclusive and comfortable. the restaurant offered an exquisite in, room breakfast, with a variety of dishes prepared by a chef whose voice we could hear from our room's speakers.
We would have preferred to arrive earlier than the standard 3 pm check, in time.
